21,1km event starts at the Lesotho border post at 8:30 am and finishes at the Sani Pass Hotel –
Cut off 12:30. (4 hrs)Entrants are transported to the top of the Sani pass –costs included in Entry fee of R380 plus 7,5%admin costs. Start time is 8:30am
All entrants to personally collect their registration packs which will include their race number and timing chip.
Passports are not needed. Your race number will allow you through the SA border post.

THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION ON THE MORNING OF THE RACE.
The famous SANI PASS the only motor road that crosses the Natal Drakensberg and the only road between KwaZulu-Natal and the kingdom of Lesotho. Once a rough mule trail down which long caravans of pack animals carried bags of mohair and wool and piles of hides and skins to trading posts like Makhakhe‚s and Good Hope Stores to exchange for blankets, boots, clothes, building materials and food for the long trek back to Mokhotlong. Even today, this magnificient Pass that climbs through the narrow valley incised by the Mkhomozana River is an important trade route into the Eastern Highlands of Lesotho and a wonderful experience for our many visitors.
